In coordination with Ruby for Good, the Mile High Hack is a hackathon serving Denver organizations. Specifically, non-profit and civic organizations who are on the front lines to deliver critical missions in our community.

These organizations don't always have the technical resources they need. Our four partner organizations are driving requirements for technical projects which Mile High Hack volunteers will bring to life.

The Mile High Hack aims to bring Denverites together with a variety of technical skills and experiences.

We create community by:

  1. Providing technical expertise to community advocates

  2. Creating a space for junior technologists to learn from others

  3. Helping technologists cultivate their network

  4. Facilitating long-term mentorship relationships and friendships amongst our volunteers
